Refund policy
This Return Policy sets out the conditions under which Zetprint SRL customers may return products purchased from www.zetprint.ro, in accordance with applicable Romanian legislation (GEO 34/2014).
1. Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to return purchased products within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the package, without the need to provide a reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify their intention to return the products by email at: office@zetprint.ro
Products may be returned if they:
- show no signs of use, wear, or damage,
- are in their original packaging (where applicable),
- are accompanied by all accessories and related documents.
According to the law, the following cannot be returned:
- customized products made at the client’s request (e.g., personalized printed materials, prints made based on files sent by the client),
- products which, by their nature, cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection,
- products that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
4. Return procedure
Products must be shipped by Cargus courier to the address indicated by Zetprint SRL.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Zetprint SRL does not accept parcels sent with cash-on-delivery (COD) for returns.
5. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned products, the amounts paid will be refunded within a maximum of 14 calendar days, to the bank account provided by the customer.
If the returned product is damaged, incomplete, or shows signs of use, Zetprint SRL reserves the right to refuse the return or withhold part of the amount paid, proportionate to the product’s depreciation.
6. Incorrect or defective products
If you have received an incorrect or defective product, please contact us immediately at office@zetprint.ro
In such cases, the return and replacement costs are fully covered by Zetprint SRL.
