Welcome to the Zetprint.ro website! Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the site and placing orders. Accessing and using the services implies full acceptance of the provisions below.

2. Definitions

  • Seller – Zetprint SRL, the owner of the website and supplier of the products.
  • Buyer/Client – any natural or legal person who places an online order on the site.
  • Products – printing goods and services or other types of goods and services, presented on the site and available for order.

3. Orders and delivery

  • Orders can be placed through the www.zetprint.ro platform. Orders can also be sent via email to office@zetprint.ro or by phone at 0758.571.118.
  • Order confirmation is made by email.
  • Delivery is carried out by Cargus courier, to the address specified by the client. The delivery cost is 20 RON + VAT per package. A package cannot exceed 30 kg.
  • The delivery time varies depending on product availability and the shipping area.

4. Prices and payment methods

  • All prices displayed on the site include VAT, in accordance with current legislation.
  • Available payment method: online payment by card.

5. Return policy

  • According to the law (Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014), the client has the right to return products within 14 calendar days from receipt, without giving a reason.
  • Returned products must be in the same condition as delivered.
  • Return costs are borne by the client.
  • Exception: customized products cannot be returned.

6. Warranties
Products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, in accordance with applicable Romanian law.

7. Personal data protection
Zetprint SRL collects and processes customers’ personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Data will only be used for:
  • order processing,
  • invoicing and delivery,
  • commercial communications (only with the client’s consent).

8. Limitation of liability
Zetprint SRL cannot be held responsible for price display errors, product characteristic errors, or delays caused by the courier.

9. Force majeure
Neither party can be held liable for failure to fulfill contractual obligations caused by force majeure events.

10. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be settled amicably, and if not possible, by the competent Romanian courts.
